Manifest Your Dreams

My life changed when I began to trust the universe. I started to manifest my desires and my life changed. 

Start manifesting your dreams by getting serious about your low-level insecurities. When you identify what is holding you back, you can start to clear them out and make way for positive things to happen.
You can pursue this in various ways.

• Embrace a mentality of appreciation
When you live with a mentality of appreciation and thankfulness for gifts in your life, you are sending an unmistakable flag to the Universe that you have everything that you seek. This will draw a greater amount of your wishes into your life because the world is an impression of you.

• Imagine living your fantasies with feeling 
Spend five minutes a day imagining yourself fulfilling your fantasy life in as much detail as you can. Where are you? Who are you with? What’s going on around you? What would you be able to see, smell, listen, taste and touch? Concentrate on the sensations and emotions.

• Make another personality
Envision for a minute that you had whatever it is that you desire. How might you act? How might you talk? How might you walk, think, feel, dress and make decisions? Make a reasonable picture of You 2.0 and go about your life as if you are already this person until it becomes a reality.

• Tidy up the clutter
When you refuse to let go of physical and emotional clutter, you are not making space in your life for the new you. Get rid of anything that no longer serves you or does not help you to feel your best.

• Physically prepare for your fantasies 
If you could fulfill your fantasy tomorrow, what might you be doing to get ready? Do that now. If you want to take the next step with a significant other, purchase an extra toothbrush. If you want to attract more customers, block off time in your date book to pursue that. If you want more financial stability, get your current accounts and financial status in order so you can easily adjust to a new salary.

• Request divine direction
Your spirit can see past what your physical limitations. Surrender control and request daily direction to move you toward your objectives and dreams. One way I like to remind myself of my direction toward my dreams is with a gratitude journal.

Find an adorable journal like THIS and keep it simple. Start with one entry a day. You’ll find the more you do it, the more positive your outlook and attitude is (you can’t be depressed and grateful at the same time according to Tony Robbins), the easier the gratitude journal is and the more you’ll want to do it.

• Relinquish connection to results
There are limitless ways your wishes can manifest themselves in your life.  Don’t get tied to one specific result, but rather a type of result. Open your mind to finally finding a home that suits your family and lifestyle.  Instead of hoping to find the perfect, flawless person, hope to find a partner who makes you happy and makes you your best self.  Develop a receptive outlook to the way the universe answers your requests and you will find that there are more answers out there than you thought.

• Follow your instinct
If you feel an instinctive need to do something, go confidently in that direction. When pursuing desires, you often must take action and meet the Universe halfway.

• Live right now
Dragging around the past or fretting about the future will blind you to the good things that surround you right now.  Be present in the moment; experience the sights, sounds and smells around you. Don’t let the past haunt your future and ruin your beautiful present.

Your dreams are possible.  Start pursuing them!

With the empty shelves in the grocery store due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it's a sobering time to take pause and realize where we can take more control in our lives. One way, for me, is understanding how simple and feasible it is to grow your own food, even on a windowsill in your kitchen. 
There are several foods that you can regrow quickly from the scraps you typically throw away -- such as celery, green onions, romaine lettuce, and leeks, to name a few.  No garden necessary.  You can start the regrowth on your kitchen windowsill, and move them into pots to leave on your porch or balcony. If you have a yard suitable for a garden, even better!
